Accommodation information:
The event is at Sedonya Conscious Living Center in West Sedona. We recommend finding accommodations in West Sedona or Uptown Sedona to minimize travel. There are many hotels/houses available in West Sedona and Uptown.
Please check on the map as there are options outside of Sedona. Oak Creek is 30 + minutes from West Sedona, as is Cottonwood. If you need assistance, please ask!
Foothill Management Company 928-282-9533 is a local vacation home rental firm. They have great houses and do not add on excessive fees like VRBO.
Air B& B and Home to Go sites are other options without high fees.
We are staying in rental homes rather than hotels as they can be shared and are much more peaceful than a hotel setting. Should you wish to share housing, we will assist you. For example, there is a very nice 3-bedroom home in West Sedona at a total cost of $1700 for 4 nights. Or split 3 ways is $142 per person per night.

Traveling to Sedona:
By air it is best to fly into Phoenix (PHX)
Sedona is 120 miles from PHX, and about a 2-hour drive.
Rental Cars are available at the airport, as well as shuttles to Sedona.
Groome Transportation is the best and most frequent shuttle service to Sedona. Online rates are $75 each way for adults.
Food:
Whole Foods is in West Sedona.
There are many restaurant options in all price ranges. Again, should you have questions, please ask!

Prior to November 16, 2023 – you may cancel for a full refund regardless of circumstance.
After November 16, 2023 – no refunds will be offered. You are entitled to a credit to use for any future sessions.
COVID Refund Policy – no refunds will be offered if this event is postponed due to COVID-related circumstances. If the event is cancelled or postponed due to COVID, or there are COVID-related travel restrictions impeding arrival to the event, or you contract a COVID-related health issue of any kind, you are entitled to a credit to use for any future sessions.
